Pomodoro Mini Gas Powered Pizza Oven - Model P1

The Model P1, Pomodoro's most famous pizza oven. You've definitely seen this one around the internet.

Product Specifications:

• Made of double layer of 304 stainless steel 1.5 mms, in between 2.5 cm ceramic fiber 1260 for heat insulation.
• Cover is colored with heat-treated paint.
• Pizza stone 3 cm thick made of refractory stone, food grade, can bear up to 1200°C.
• Temperature inside the oven reaches 400°C after ignition by approximately 30 minutes.

CARE & MAINTENANCE
1. AFTER COOKING
Keep the oven hot for a few minutes. The heat burns food leftovers naturally.

2. USE A BRUSH
To remove ash and flour. Avoid using water on a hot stone to protect the oven.
