Terms of service
I. Purpose:
The Smokebox Egypt is a platform for connecting consumers of grilling & smoking utensils, raw materials, and tools with the sellers of them. This is a "Service Agreement", or statement of "Terms of Service" made available to clarify the relationship between the First Party "The Smokebox" and the Second Party, "the Customer", and any "Third-Party" involved in the provision or fulfillment of the terms of this agreement.
II. Contact:
The Smokebox does not have any physical distribution channels besides those specified in the "Contact Us" section of the website. The Smokebox will only contact you via official social media accounts associated with the business, our email "smokebox-eg@gmail.com" or it's variant "info@smokebox-eg.com". Additionally, all phone calls or WhatsApp messaging will only be made using our number "01033353432".
III. Delivery & Order Fulfillment:
The Smokebox uses the services of third-party courier services to deliver orders unless otherwise specified. When available, The Smokebox will provide you with an online tracking number and verification information. The Smokebox is not responsible for the behavior or mannerisms of third-party courier providers but takes your feedback very seriously. In the event of any misconduct, The Smokebox will investigate the occurrence and a case will be raised with the third-party. The Smokebox will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue and aid the Second Party.
IV. Payment:
Digital Transactions: The Smokebox utilizes the services of "Paymob", a Third-Party online payment gateway provider. Any digital financial transaction between the First Party and Second Party must occur on the online store "https://smokebox-eg.com" and must be concluded on Paymob's official check out screen, or on the Paymob POS device. The Smokebox will not communicate any checkout links requesting payment from any other providers unless specifically requested in writing by the Second Party.
Physical Transactions: The Smokebox accepts payment in "Cash" in two cases only:
- Cash payment to the shipping courier provided they have a printed shipping policy, or waybill.
- Cash payment to an official Smokebox employee with a printed invoice or cash receipt voucher.
- Cash deposit to the official Smokebox bank account with written confirmation of banking details from an official communication channel.
