Cancellation policy

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We collect a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date. 
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled so long as the product is not yet created.

Order Cancellation

When you place an order though our website, you will receive an automated message on WhatsApp (if an account is present). You are free to cancel an order at any time via a text message in the chat, a phone call, or through email. However, upon order dispatching, it is only able to be canceled when the courier contacts you for delivery. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable in the case of order cancellation.
